Fixed menu multi-course dinner exploring the tastes and bounty of Louisiana cooking well known for its Cajun and Creole flavors and the use of seafood and robustly spiced meats. We begin with a complimentary cocktail and appetizers at 7.00pm and seat guests for table service at 7.30pm. Pacing is determined by the kitchen and for the number of courses served, guests should expect to invest a couple of hours into the event. BYOB is actively encouraged. The event cost $40.00 per person and is by reservation only.

Journeying westwards from Madagascar but keeping to Southern hemisphere latitudes we will be exploring the bounty and flavors of Argentina over the course of this dinner (and the Sunday brunches until then).

As part of our regular weekly schedule of coffee and tea tastings. Clara will be sampling the Uganda Bugiso from 19 Coffee Roasters from 1-3pm.
Exotic Madagascar follows on from last month's Taste of Kenya dinner. Similarly a hybrid culinary mix of Asian and African elements but this time with a French colonial overlay instead of British. Strongly featuring vanilla, and ginger, an array of sub-tropical fruit, seafood and beef.
Traveling back to Africa for February, Kenya promises to be an interesting and flavorsome cuisine with traditional African, colonial and Indian elements.
