Monthly Dinner following a multi-course Prix Fixe menu featuring a collection of favorites from the last six months of our Orbis at Night Experiment Pop-Up restaurant menus. In all there have been four "Experiment" New America cuisine menus created by young chef Holly Schutte, around different themes: "Coffee and Tea", "Smoked and Poached", "Tossed and Toasted" and "Raw and Roasted".
The evening starts at 7.00pm with a complimentary cocktail and appetizers. Seating and table service starts at 7.30pm. BYOB highly encouraged.
